Come ricostruire una tabella delle partizioni GUID in un SSD del file system APFS?

Ho esaminato altre risposte per domande simili ma non per me (forse perché l'APFS).

Ho un SSD esterno da 1 TB con due volumi APFS. Qualcuno collega il mio disco rigido a un PC con Windows 10 e dopo non funziona più. Quando connetto il dispositivo al mio MacBook non viene montato o riconosciuto da Utility Disco ...

Ho provato a utilizzare diskutil in questo modo:
