IMac 2012 27 "funziona abbastanza bene, anche il ventilatore non si comporta in modo strano finché il computer è in esecuzione o è in modalità di sospensione. Ma diventa strano quando spengo il Mac, perché quando la macchina è spenta, la ventola gira.
Ecco come lo chiudo:
Seleziono il simbolo della mela nella barra dei menu e clicco su "Spegni ...". Dopodiché ricevo una finestra popup che mi dice che senza ulteriori azioni il Mac si spegnerebbe in 60 secondi (il conto alla rovescia). Questa finestra contiene una casella di controllo in cui posso scegliere se voglio riaprire tutte le finestre dopo il prossimo avvio (non voglio). Clicco sul pulsante destro che dice "Spegni". Poi lo schermo diventa nero, e se ascolto attentamente posso sentire un rumore silenzioso dall'hard disk, dopodiché mi aspetto che la macchina sia completamente spenta e non emetta né luce né rumore.
Questo è vero per la luce ma non per il rumore. Proprio in quel momento in cui mi aspetterei la fine di tutte le attività, il ventilatore inizia a funzionare alla massima velocità possibile. Non sapevo nemmeno che potesse correre così veloce e spegnere così tanta aria. Ma lo fa. E non si fermerà. Anche se aspetto più di mezz'ora, il ventilatore continua a funzionare alla massima velocità. E il Mac NON è caldo! Quando lo tocco, sembra freddo come qualsiasi altra pace di metallo che abbia temperatura ambiente.
La ventola si ferma solo in questi due casi:

Scollego fisicamente il cavo di alimentazione. Dopo averlo fatto, posso aspettare quanto voglio (ho provato 8 ore durante la notte). Nel momento stesso in cui ricollego l'alimentazione, la ventola inizia immediatamente a funzionare alla massima velocità e non si ferma più (ho perso la pazienza dopo 20 minuti e poi ho estratto di nuovo la spina).

Premendo il pulsante di accensione / spegnimento sul retro dell'angolo in basso a sinistra del Mac. In questo caso la ventola si ferma sul posto e la procedura di avvio inizia e tutto va bene.
Il fan impazzisce anche dopo molto tempo in modalità sospensione: Quando lavoro normalmente sul mio Mac (scrivendo testo, navigando su internet) riesco a sentire il ventilatore a un livello molto basso. È così tranquillo che devo davvero concentrarmi per ascoltarlo. Quando è in modalità di sospensione non sento nemmeno questo basso rumore. Penso che il ventilatore si sia fermato completamente in questa modalità. Ma quando la modalità di sospensione dura troppo a lungo, anche la ventola salta in modalità ad alta velocità. L'ho notato stamattina. Ieri sera ho impostato iMac in modalità sospensione premendo il pulsante di accensione / spegnimento sul retro dell'angolo in basso a sinistra. Poi stavo guardando la TV per circa. 2 ore e poi ho lasciato la stanza e sono andato a letto. Fan era tranquillo in questo momento. Quando sono tornato la mattina ho trovato il mac con la ventola in funzione alla massima velocità possibile.

L'altro ieri ho comprato un nuovo hub USB. Quando il Mac era in modalità di sospensione, collegavo il cavo UBS dell'hub al mac e quindi collegavo l'alimentatore dell'hub alla presa accanto a quella da cui il Mac trae il suo potere. Poi ho acceso il Mac e tutto andava bene. Ci ho lavorato un po 'di tempo (credo per 1 ora) poi ho premuto il pulsante on / off per inviarlo a sleep, ma questa volta era diverso:
Lo schermo è diventato nero come previsto, ma il puntatore del mouse era ancora visibile per aprox. 5 o 10 secondi. Non ho provato a muovere il mouse in questo momento, quindi non so se avrebbe reagito al movimento del mouse. Quindi anche il puntatore del mouse è scomparso e tutto era come previsto. Poi sono stato via per alcune ore e quando sono tornato ho provato ad accendere l'iMac premendo il pulsante on / off. Ma non è successo niente. Ho provato a premere a lungo il pulsante (1 minuto) e ho provato a premere velocemente in rapida successione, ma non è successo nulla. Il mio iMac è rimasto fuori. Così ho estratto la spina di alimentazione, ho aspettato per circa. 1 minuto e ricollegato (in questo momento non è successo nulla, anche il ventilatore non è stato avviato). Quando ho provato a premere il pulsante on / off questa volta ha funzionato. Il mio iMac è stato avviato e ha funzionato correttamente. Ma da questo episodio la ventola diventa croccante quando la macchina viene spenta. Lo fa con il nuovo hub USB collegato ma anche senza. L'hub sta funzionando bene. Ho anche provato a disconnettere il secondo monitor e tutte le periferiche USB (eccetto la tastiera Apple con tastierino numerico)
