Sto utilizzando OS X 10.9.5 su un Macbook Pro 2010. Ho due file eps che voglio usare Anteprima per visualizzare (Anteprima converte davvero i file eps in pdf). Un file è ~ / Research / images / test.eps e l'altro file è ~ / Desktop / test.eps. Il primo file visualizza sin (x), il secondo visualizza cos (x).

Se apro il primo file, mostra la trama corretta (ad es. sin (x)). Ora se apro il secondo file (mantenendo il primo aperto), il secondo grafico visualizza correttamente cos (x). Tuttavia, la prima istanza di test.pdf cambia automaticamente da sin (x) a cos (x). Quando usavo OS X 10.6.8, questo non è mai successo.

Ciò rende molto difficile confrontare i grafici (con lo stesso nome). C'è un ambiente che posso modificare o un modo per aggirare questo?

Unfortunately, Preview (like most Mac OS X applications) lets you have just one instance of a file open at a time. But there’s a way around that restriction.

The open command line program accepts a parameter -n that allows it to launch the application again, even if it’s already running. So, if you’re currently viewing file.pdf in Preview, enter open -n file.pdf in Terminal. (You’ll need to supply the full and complete path to the file, of course; the easiest way to do that is to type in open -n, then drag the file from the Finder to the Terminal command line.) Another instance of Preview will launch, complete with its own Dock icon, with the PDF document open.
