Sto cercando di far funzionare un Macbook Air con un IPS coreano. Non è un grosso problema: l'ho installato sulla mia macchina Linux, ma mi piacerebbe poter vedere alcuni video (Amazon Prime HD) che non funzionano su Linux.
Ho una Mini DisplayPort < - > Connettore DVI e cavo DVI dual-link. Il cavo funziona con il mio desktop Linux (che ha un GeForce - note di installazione ). Quando collego Mini DisplayPort al Macbook Air, ottengo quanto segue in /var/log/system.log ,

In particolare, Fatal error remapping framebuffer suona come se fosse qualcosa che poteva essere corretto con una configurazione diversa .... Sfortunatamente, gli strumenti del Sistema Apple non sono utili; le impostazioni dello schermo non mostrano nulla; la sezione Thunderbolt Informazioni di sistema dice che non è collegato nulla.
