Nuovo MacBook Pro prestazioni lente, batteria non funzionante

Ho un MacBook Pro Retina 15 "molto recente (metà 2014) che ha funzionato bene da quando l'ho ottenuto (circa due mesi).

All'improvviso, ha iniziato a funzionare molto lentamente in tutte le app, anche se l'utilizzo della CPU è molto basso e non sembra essere sotto stress.

Inoltre;

• La batteria non si sta caricando, la batteria è bloccata al 22%.
• Se disconnetto il caricabatterie, si spegne completamente immediatamente. Dopo il riavvio, la data e l'ora vengono ripristinate al 1 ° gennaio 2014 0:00
• Lo stato della batteria è "Sostituisci ora" anche se dovrebbe essere quasi nuovo di zecca
