Nessun suono su Macbook Air

Ieri ho provato a utilizzare Apple TV, ma mi sono reso conto che non ho Airplay, quindi ho disconnesso Apple TV. Ho quindi trasferito alcuni file utilizzando una USB e, successivamente, non ho audio su Mac. Ottengo un segnale di stop quando provo a cambiare volume. Non è elencato alcun dispositivo di output. Ho riavviato più volte, ho provato a utilizzare la porta per le cuffie e le cuffie USB. Le cuffie USB funzionano, ma la porta delle cuffie per le cuffie normali non funzionerà affatto. Posso ottenere il suono tramite cuffie USB o se accoppiato Mac con Apple TV, otteniamo il suono sulla nostra tv ma nessuna immagine. Voglio solo tornare al mio Mac.

Qualcuno può offrire qualche consiglio o soluzione?

Questa discussione nella Apple Support Community potrebbe far luce. Innanzitutto, verifica che Disattiva audio non sia selezionato. Potrebbe essere necessario ripristinare la PRAM di sistema . Ecco i passaggi: (dal supporto Apple)

If your Mac doesn’t seem to be remembering your speaker volume, display resolution, or the disk it should be using during startup, you may need to reset your computer’s PRAM.

Resetting PRAM may change some system settings and preferences. Use System Preferences to restore your settings.

Important: To print these instructions, click the Share button in the Help window, then choose Print. Choose Apple menu > Shut Down.

Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Option, Command (⌘), P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.

Turn on your Mac.

Immediately press and hold the Option-Command-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.

Continue holding the keys down until your Mac restarts, and you hear the startup sound for the second time.

Release the keys.

After resetting your computer’s PRAM, you may need to update your speaker volume, display resolution, and startup disk preferences. For more information about PRAM, see the Apple Support article About NVRAM and PRAM.

L'ho vissuto oggi .. i miei suoni non funzionano in realtà risulta completamente grigio Non riesco nemmeno a premere la modalità audio, sia superiore che inferiore. Ad ogni modo, ho preso altri consigli; tutto quello che devi fare è

  1. Spegni il tuo MacBook e riavvialo premendo contemporaneamente Opzione + Comando + P + R (allo stesso tempo)

  2. Devi premere per alcuni minuti, immagino finché non sentirai un suono mentre si apre ... e basta.
