MacBook dorme in modo casuale dopo essersi svegliato

Il mio MacBook Pro spesso dorme in modo casuale dopo il risveglio (i display si scuriscono e si sveglia subito dopo o deve essere svegliato premendo un tasto).

Ho notato che questo accade spesso subito dopo il risveglio del Mac, ma credo che sia accaduto anche durante il normale uso, senza alcun motivo apparente (nessun tasto viene premuto quando il computer va in stop.

Alcuni dettagli su MacBook:

  • MacBook esegue macOS High Sierra 10.13.1;
  • Il modello è MacBook Pro (15 pollici, 2017);
  • Un display Thunderbolt 2 esterno è collegato tramite un adattatore da Thunderbolt 3 a Thunderbolt 2;
  • Collego il mio iPhone tramite un dock USB che si collega al MacBook tramite il display Thunderbolt. Non riesco a confermare se il telefono è stato collegato quando si è verificato l'evento.
  • Di solito tengo il mio MacBook collegato a una fonte di alimentazione durante l'uso, il che significa che la maggior parte se non tutti questi eventi sono accaduti mentre era collegato all'alimentazione. Tuttavia, questi fattori potrebbero non essere correlati.

Sono riuscito a catturare i log da pmset -g log che penso siano attorno all'evento (non posso essere sicuro che questi log corrispondano esattamente all'evento ma guardando il log sembra corrispondere a quello che ho vissuto, con il display spegnere e riaccendere subito dopo):

Le prime cose che proverei sono la reimpostazione della NVRAM e SMC.

Prima di seguire i passaggi indicati di seguito, assicurati di non aver collegato hardware esterno e di utilizzare la tastiera incorporata .

Reimpostazione della NVRAM su un modello MacBook Pro 2017

Per ripristinare la NVRAM su tutti i modelli MacBook Pro 2017 (con e senza Touch Bar), procedi nel seguente modo:

  1. Spegni il tuo MBP. Sì, un arresto completo, non solo la disconnessione.
  2. Premere il pulsante di accensione e quindi premere immediatamente il comando p r chiavi.
  3. Tieni premuti questi tasti per almeno 20 secondi!
  4. Lascia andare le chiavi e lascia che il tuo MBP si riavvii normalmente.

Nota: quando accedi di nuovo potrebbe necessario riadattare alcune delle tue preferenze di sistema (ad es. volume degli altoparlanti, risoluzione dello schermo, avvio selezione del disco, informazioni sul fuso orario, ecc.)

Ripristina SMC

Ci sono un paio di modi per reimpostare SMC sul tuo MBP, tuttavia preferisco i seguenti passaggi:

  1. Arresta il tuo MBP
  2. Tieni il cavo di alimentazione inserito
  3. Premi allo stesso tempo shift opzione controllo (sul lato sinistro della tastiera) e il pulsante di accensione e tieni premuti questi tasti per almeno 10 secondi
  4. Lascia andare
  5. Riaccendi il computer con il pulsante di accensione

Dopo aver ripristinato sia la NVRAM che SMC, utilizzare l'MBP per determinare se il problema si verifica ancora. Fammi sapere come va.
