Diversi mesi fa il mio Mac ha iniziato a bloccarsi. Di solito accade esattamente quando faccio clic su un collegamento in Safari ( Modifica: ho provato con Chrome e ho ottenuto lo stesso comportamento). Faccio clic su un collegamento, la pagina inizia a caricare, quindi l'intero blocco del computer. Nessun pallone da spiaggia, il cursore non si muove, la tastiera non risponde. Dopo due o tre minuti, lo schermo diventa nero e si riavvia.
Ho provato a creare un nuovo account utente e a utilizzarlo per un po '. L'intero computer è diventato super reattivo. Ma non ha risolto il problema. Sono in grado di andare avanti per giorni senza andare in crash durante la programmazione, posso fare un clone del disco fisso super duper senza problemi, ma portare Safari nel mix riporta indietro i crash.
Devo sottolineare che a volte si blocca spontaneamente, ma solitamente Safari è in esecuzione in background.
Gestisco Mavericks perché volevo escludere un problema hardware prima di passare a Yosemite. (Per lo più il Mac è stato su uno scaffale negli ultimi mesi perché i crash andavano da una volta alla settimana a circa una volta al giorno e temevo un problema con il disco rigido.)
Ho provato:
- Creazione di un nuovo utente ed esecuzione sotto quell'utente, come ho detto sopra.
- Ripristino di Safari.
- Creazione di un clone di super duper, avvio del clone ed esecuzione di utility disco, per escludere la corruzione di HFS +. Questo è tornato completamente pulito, entrambe le volte l'ho provato.
- Ho anche provato a utilizzare Apple Hardware Test. Perché ho fatto una nuova installazione di leone di montagna su questo SSD, ho scoperto che non funzionava. L'hardware è troppo vecchio per supportare l'esecuzione di AHT su Internet (che non funziona neanche) Quindi ho scaricato AHT da collegamento e installato nella mia unità di avvio, secondo le istruzioni, ma non carica ancora il test dell'hardware di Apple.
Le mie domande:
- Che diamine è il problema di fondo?
- Devo installare Yosemite e sperare per il meglio? Aggiornamento o installazione recente?
- Come posso far funzionare AHT?
- Ho iniziato a pensare che si trattasse di un problema del disco. C'è qualcosa che posso fare per escluderlo? Potrei sostituire il mio meraviglioso SSD con un disco fisso da 5400rpm (gulp) e provarlo per un po ', suppongo.
- In che modo Safari sta bloccando completamente il mio computer?
