Come fermare l'agente di lancio dall'avvio ripetuto di un determinato AppleScript

Sto provando a creare un launch agent, che avvia un AppleScript ogni volta che viene collegato un mouse. Simile a queste due domande:

• chiave LaunchEvents non riconosciuta in launchd plist (rilevamento dispositivo USB)
• Esegui un'applicazione su Mac OS X quando è connesso un particolare tipo di dispositivo USB?

Tuttavia, una volta caricato il mio agente di lancio (tramite launchctl load ), viene avviato ogni 5 secondi circa. Come faccio a garantire che l'agente venga eseguito una volta sola, quando il mouse è connesso?
