Il Wi-Fi dice connesso, ma il mio internet non funziona finché non lo accendo e spengo

Ho appena ricevuto il mio primo macbook, un vecchio macbook da 14 pollici usato nel 2014, con Mac OS Mojave. E tutto funziona bene, ma quando sono connesso al wifi, dopo circa 20-30 minuti smette di funzionare. e inizia a funzionare sempre quando accendo e spengo il wifi, oppure quando disconnetto dalla rete e ricollego. Dice che sono ancora connesso alla rete, ma non c'è internet. Ho già provato a fare una diagnosi wireless e ho provato a contattare il supporto Apple più volte.
