Qualche giorno fa mi sono reso conto che Apple ha memorizzato automaticamente il pacchetto di installazione iOS7 sul mio iPhone 4S con iOS6. Il pacchetto utilizza circa 2 GB di spazio libero, il che è inaccettabile per me.
Come posso individuare ed eliminare questo file?
Non ho avuto questo problema e quindi non ho avuto a che fare con esso. Ma c'è un pubblicato nei forum di discussione di Apple che potresti provare Se non funziona, puoi seguirlo (e iscriverti a quel thread per ottenere gli aggiornamenti). Assicurati di avere un backup (insieme ai backup di Time Machine del tuo precedente backup e questo).

Method A:
If you have backup in iTunes, recover it. (I didn't test this method, so it's on your own risk.)Method B:
- Open Settings > General > Software Update
- Tap Install Now.
- There will be a prompt that says "Verifying update...".
- Wait until this prompt disappears, there will be a spinning wheel on a black background. Immediately press and hold both of the power and home buttons at the same time.
- DO NOT release the power and home buttons for about 10 seconds.
- Your device will reboot. It's done. The automatically downloaded firmware will have been deleted.
