Perché il mio launchctl.plst non si attiva all'avvio?

Ho creato questo plist per far funzionare Mongo all'avvio, ma non funzionerà. Devo eseguire questo ogni volta che avvio: 

launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.mongo.mongod.plist

Quindi funziona bene.

Ho risolto questo problema eseguendo Adobe Application Manager.

Il problema è probabilmente dovuto al fatto che non si separa la chiave argomento dal valore in ProgramArguments .

Invece di scriverlo in questo modo: 

<key>ProgramArguments</key>
<array>
    <string>/usr/local/mongo/bin/mongod</string>
    <string>--config=/usr/local/etc/mongod.conf</string>
</array>

Devi scrivere --config e /usr/local/etc/mongod.conf in ogni riga discreta, come ad esempio: 

<key>ProgramArguments</key>
<array>
    <string>/usr/local/mongo/bin/mongod</string>
    <string>--config</string>
    <string>/usr/local/etc/mongod.conf</string>
</array>

E ricorda che quando modifichi il file .plist, devi prima scaricarlo e quindi ricaricarlo per attivare il launchd.
