Ma il documento Apple dice che dovrebbe mostrare un'icona in cui posso lanciare il lungo test AHT.

Some Macintosh computers that shipped with OS X Lion and later support the use of Apple Hardware Test over the Internet. These computers will start up to an Internet-based version of AHT if the hard drive does not contain AHT. An Internet-enabled connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi is required to use this feature. Internet-based AHT functions the same as AHT on the hard drive or flash storage outlined above.
Quello che stai usando è AHT, semplicemente non è preinstallato sul tuo disco rigido.
EDIT: Dovresti avere la possibilità di eseguire test estesi, sarà una casella di controllo che hai la possibilità di selezionare prima di eseguire i test
EDIT 2: Poiché il tuo Mac è stato creato dopo il 2013, sei costretto a utilizzare Apple Diagnostics , motivo per cui presumo che non puoi avere accedere alle opzioni di test estese che vedi nella documentazione AHT.
