Cosa devo fare se ricevo email sul mio account che dichiara di provenire da Apple?

Da circa una settimana continuo a ricevere un SMS che mi fornisce un codice di verifica ID Apple. Lo farà un paio di volte e poi una telefonata. Oggi ho ricevuto questa email:

Subject: Verify your Apple ID before We closed Your account.

Dear Apple User,

We unable verify your account informations in order to continue using your Apple.
This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.
You must unlock your account to continue using your Apple ID.

To read your secure message by opening the attachment (PDF).
You will be prompted to open (view) the file or save (download) it to your computer.

For best result, Save the file first, then open it on a web browser.

Your account will be disabled if we didn't receive any response from you in more than twenty four hours

L'intera cosa mi sembra pericolosa. O phishing per me.

Quello che devo sapere è, è questa una vera e-mail da loro o no? Sembra proprio fuori.

Apple ha una pagina di supporto per i tentativi di phishing, vedi Identifica e segnala email di phishing e altri messaggi sospetti . Preso da lì:

Consiglia inoltre di segnalare tali messaggi ad Apple utilizzando "Forward As Attachment" in Mail e quindi inviarlo a [email protected] .

Questo è phishing e / o malware. Apple non invia email come questa. Non sei stato "hackerato", ma piuttosto solo un tentativo di phishing / malware in un'email. Non dovresti scaricare l'allegato.

Questo è sicuramente un attacco di phishing. Non seguire le istruzioni. È noto che i file PDF contengono molte vulnerabilità di sicurezza, pertanto non vengono mai utilizzati per operazioni di autenticazione sicura, come "recupero dell'account".

Inoltre, tutte le operazioni di ID Apple dovrebbero essere eseguite tramite il sito Web Apple verificato.

Blocca il mittente.

Ciao ho avuto lo stesso problema tutto ciò che ho fatto è stato cliccato sotto l'indirizzo e-mail rintracciato l'IP scoperto da dove era stato inviato e poi contattato la polizia locale di Phishing in quella zona, se non solo contattare una sorta di guida online.

Ne ho ricevuto un altro dalle stesse persone una settimana dopo si è rivelato essere lo stesso IP quindi lo ho ignorato, basta cliccare sul link, parlare con Apple, dare dettagli se hanno Proof che sono la compagnia / persona ufficiale se non li ascolti perché sono cattivi
