Quindi, in breve, non hai trovato una tale licenza, perché una tale licenza non può esistere.
La GNU GPL è probabilmente la cosa più vicina a ciò che stai cercando.
Anche se consente espressamente l'uso / vendita commerciale, le disposizioni del copyleft sono molto efficaci nel dissuadere le aziende dall'usarle perché dovrebbero aprire anche la loro fonte.
