Modifica di un file con licenza Apache 2 e aggiunta della licenza MIT [chiuso]

TLDR;

Vorrei aggiungere un (modifica) copyright e una licenza MIT a un file con licenza Apache 2, che ho modificato.

Descrizione

Ho modificato un file con licenza Apache 2. Secondo quanto ho capito, ho dovuto fare quanto segue:

1. include la licenza
2. include il copyright
3. ha dichiarato le modifiche apportate
4. Non ho incluso un avviso, perché non so cosa sia o cosa dovrebbe contenere.

Ora vorrei aggiungere il mio copyright e una licenza MIT a quel file modificato. Nel mio caso specifico l'esempio sarebbe il seguente:
