Ho appena ricevuto la seguente email (e un'altra simile):

Sembra che uno spammer abbia falsificato il proprio indirizzo del mittente, usando il proprio indirizzo e-mail anziché il proprio. Si noti che l'oggetto della posta è semplicemente "sport" e il contenuto è un file .zip. Questo odora di spam.

Quello che probabilmente è successo è che almeno uno degli indirizzi di destinazione previsti non esisteva. Tuttavia, il dominio dell'indirizzo esisteva e il server di posta inviava un messaggio di errore all'indirizzo apparente del mittente: il tuo. Succede.

Se la posta era stata nella tua casella "Inviati", allora sì, probabilmente sei stato violato.
Il contrario non regge, sfortunatamente - se sei stato hackerato e uno spammer (o botnet) ha inviato una mail dal tuo indirizzo, potrebbero aver rimosso le prove.
