Ciò significa che il Product Backlog contiene anche requisiti che sono già stati implementati con successo (in base alla loro definizione di fatto)? O contiene solo requisiti che devono ancora essere attualizzati?
Un backlog, per definizione , è "un accumulo o accumulo, in particolare di ordini inevasi o lavori incompiuti". Un Product Backlog è solo il lavoro che è noto essere rimasto sul prodotto, proprio come lo Sprint Backlog è solo il lavoro che deve ancora essere completato nello Sprint.
