Ho avuto problemi a scaricare diverse app e aggiornamenti dal Mac App Store.
Una cosa che hanno in comune è che tutti i download problematici provengono da Apple: Xcode, aggiornamento di iTunes, macOS Sierra beta, aggiornamento di OS X El Capitan.
Il mio principale sospetto: il mio ISP ha un problema con i download di Apple. Ho anche provato a scaricare Xcode dal sito degli sviluppatori e ho ricevuto un errore "Risposta non valida" persistente.
Alcune stranezze che ho notato:

Durante il download di mac OS Sierra, un download da 2,15 GB, ogni volta che provo, alla fine del download, il rapporto di avanzamento va avanti e indietro da 2,14 GB a 2,15 GB dopo il fallimento. La stessa cosa è accaduta su un altro download Mac.

Cercando di scaricare nuovamente Xcode o l'aggiornamento di iTunes, l'avanzamento è segnalato un ordine di grandezza più veloce della mia connessione Internet, come 3/4 megabyte al secondo. Questo non può essere vero.

Xcode nella pagina Acquistata non ha un pulsante DOWNLOAD, anzi, ne ha uno INSTALL.
Quello che ho fatto finora:
- Ripristina l'applicazione dal menu Debug.
- Trovata la cartella cache da Activity Monitor e cancellata.
- Diversi riavvii.
- Disconnesso / nell'App Store.
- Controllato per download incompleti.
- Cercando di risolvere utilizzando le risposte di: Impossibile scaricare Xcode. Utilizza la pagina Acquisti per riprovare
Per finire, ecco un dump di /var/log/install.log . Ho notato alcuni esempi come:

Non ho ancora potuto provare su un'altra rete, ma aggiornerò quando lo farò.

EDIT: Sono finalmente riuscito a testarlo su un'altra rete, e in effetti questo è legato al fatto che il mio ISP non riesce a connettermi ai server Apple.
