Time Machine non riesce a trovare il disco rigido Toshiba esterno dopo l'aggiornamento a OS X 10.9.2

Ho usato il mio hard disk esterno Toshiba Canvio USB 3.0 senza problemi nell'ultimo anno. Oggi ho ricevuto un avviso di sistema:

Backup failed. The backup disk "Time Machine Backups" is not available

Altri utenti del sistema operativo Mavericks con problemi simili. dai forum apple.com

My Disk Utility mostra il disco rigido Toshiba External USB 3.0 Media come collegato ma è disattivato. Mostra S.M.A.R.T. Status: Not Supported , Partition Map Scheme: GUID Partition Table e Write Status: Read/Write .

Qualche idea?

Ho scoperto che il mio Toshiba Canvio 1TB USB 3.0 hard drive (3 year warranty) è stato eliminato mentre lo collegavo al mio PC per controllarlo e non è stato riconosciuto neanche lì. Sospetto di lasciarlo collegato troppo a lungo; È collegato al mio hub USB.

È ancora in garanzia quindi l'ho inviato all'indirizzo Supporto Toshiba per il credito del negozio.

Vai a / Macintosh HD > Libreria > Preferenze, sposta nel cestino il file com.apple.TimeMachine.plist e riavvia il Mac.

Apri le Preferenze di Time Machine e "Scegli" o "Aggiungi" il disco come disco di backup. Il seguente backup verrà aggiunto a quelli esistenti.
