Xcode non è riuscito ad aprire con errore: Scansione per i plug-in non riuscita

Sono passato a Xcode, ma quando ho provato ad aprirlo ho ricevuto questo errore: 

Scanning for plug-ins failed.

Ho provato a reinstallare Xcode, ma ciò non risolve il problema.

Perché questo evento è iniziato all'improvviso? Ho accidentalmente incasinato i privilegi come?

Sono riuscito a farlo funzionare nuovamente eseguendo il downgrade alla versione 7.2.1 . Non ideale, ma almeno posso lavorare ora!

Aggiornamento:

A causa delle modifiche apportate in Xcode 7.3, stavo riscontrando problemi nel fare certe cose, quindi ho scaricato Xcode 7.3.1 e funziona.

Sembra che a un certo punto i plugin siano stati spostati in (Modifica: sembra che questi siano solo i plugin standard e i plugin aggiunti dall'utente siano ancora nel vecchio posto. I plugin standard potrebbero essere lì da sempre per tutto quello che so .) 

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/PlugIns

Sono riuscito a riprodurre questo problema modificando le autorizzazioni su uno dei plugin presenti nella directory precedente. (Modifica: si ottiene lo stesso se si cambiano le autorizzazioni sui plugin in ~ / Library / Developer / Shared / Xcode / Plug-ins / ma poiché non si dispone di nessuno di questi, non dovrebbe essere importante.)

Le autorizzazioni dovrebbero essere drwxr-xr-x

quindi nel Terminale: 

cd /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/PlugIns
sudo chmod 755 *

dovrebbe aiutare, possibilmente con l'opzione -R.

Nota: se si dispone di un'installazione Xcode molto vecchia che è stata aggiornata dalla notte dei tempi, i plug-in possono apparire (almeno) nelle seguenti posizioni: 

~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-ins
~/Library/Application Support/Xcode/Shared/Plug-ins
~/Library/Developer/Xcode/Plug-ins

Vorrei eliminarli tutti e inserirne di nuovi nella posizione standard corrente. (Ho appena fatto)
