Ho un MacBook Pro 8,1 che sta avendo problemi all'avvio. Quando lo accendo per la prima volta, c'è una piccola barra di caricamento grigia sotto il logo della mela e il cerchio di caricamento. Dopo che la barra di caricamento è ~ 20%, scompare. Dopodiché, il logo della mela rimane e il cerchio di caricamento continua a ruotare, ma rimane così per più di un'ora, finché non dovrò forzarlo a spegnerlo.

Non riesco ad avviare la modalità provvisoria, ma posso aprire Apple Hardware Test, che dopo numerosi passaggi non ha riscontrato problemi (sia test regolari che estesi)

L'unità DVD ha un disco bloccato all'interno di esso che non può essere rimosso, quindi non posso provare ad avviare un disco (anche se ne avevo uno).

Esistono 2 metodi di risoluzione dei problemi se la modalità provvisoria non funziona.

Ma prima di andare da loro, prova il reset della PRAM.

Turn on your Mac.

Immediately press and hold the Option-Command-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.

Continue holding the keys down until your Mac restarts, and you hear the startup sound for the second time.

Se questo non ti aiuta a passare all'avvio in modalità Verbose (tieni premuto v durante l'avvio).

Verbose mode will load a terminal-like screen that logs the boot process in realtime to identify the source of any particular errors that may be preventing the computer from booting properly.

Una volta identificata la fonte (in cui la modalità dettagliata interrompe l'elaborazione), passa alla modalità Utente singolo ([comando] + [S]).

This mode will boot the Apple computer into a terminal-only mode where bash commands may be entered to perform further troubleshooting from the command line.

WARRING ... se non sai cosa stai facendo in questa modalità, non farlo.

Ora ... il prossimo passo dipenderà dalla causa identificata nella modalità Verbose.
