Kernel_task Alta CPU e strane attività da altre app

In Activity Monitor, kernel_task sta mostrando che sta usando il 90% della CPU. Chrome non può tenere aperte 2 schede contemporaneamente senza mostrare "Aw Snap". Altre app sono lente e il mio ventilatore funziona a tutta velocità. Non ho idea di cosa stia causando questo. Non ho installato nessuna app o qualcosa che possa influenzare il mio Mac.

EDIT: Ho anche eseguito un reset SMC e un reset PRAM. Hai ancora un elevato utilizzo della CPU.

Il colpevole era un'app chiamata Serviio , che è una specie di alternativa Plex.

Utilizza Java il cui processo era 228. Questo era anche il motivo per cui stava tentando di connettersi agli indirizzi IP sulla mia rete. L'ho cancellato ed è tutto tornato alla normalità.
