Hold these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for a second time.
Release the keys.
After resetting NVRAM, you may need to reconfigure settings for speaker volume, screen resolution, startup disk selection, and time zone information.

Ho avuto lo stesso problema con MacbookPro 2015 e ho provato il soft reset come accennato - ma non è stato d'aiuto. Ho risolto il problema avviando il mio computer utilizzando la modalità provvisoria come descritto dal supporto Apple. In breve: spegni il computer e riavvialo. Subito dopo aver sentito il suono di avvio, tieni premuto il tasto Maiusc. Rilascia quando compare il logo Apple. Così il sistema proverà a risolvere i problemi di directory e il tuo schermo lampeggerà e sembrerà divertente per pochi secondi ... Quindi potrai riavviare il computer come al solito e, si spera, essere di nuovo felice.
