Ho contattato il supporto Apple per il problema. Dopo una lunga conversazione con la persona tech, decidiamo che questo problema dovrebbe essere portato a una barra geniale della mela da riparare.

Dopo circa 3 settimane di utilizzo della soluzione alternativa elencata di seguito, il telefono apparentemente si è bloccato una volta di più. Dopo l'incidente, ho premuto il pulsante di accensione e il logo Apple è apparso per ~ 3 secondi, quindi è scomparso. ~ 3 secondi dopo, il logo è riapparso. Questo ciclo sembra continuare all'infinito. Un reset dell'hardware (sia home che sleep button) interrompe solo il ciclo, non lo interrompe. Ho eseguito un altro ripristino in modalità dfu, ma non si sono verificati cambiamenti.

Ho uno strano problema con il mio iPhone 5c. Ogni volta che il display del telefono è spento e non sta riproducendo alcun suono, entro 2 minuti si blocca e si spegne. Se è collegato anche all'alimentazione, si riaccenderà automaticamente. Spesso quando si è bloccato, si riattiva (mostra il logo della mela su uno schermo nero per ~ 30 secondi) quando premi semplicemente il pulsante home - senza toccare il pulsante Sleep / Wake dall'incidente.
Ho sostituito la batteria con una da un'altra 5c che avevo e il problema persiste, anche se il problema non era mai presente nell'altro 5c. Questo problema è stato coerente su molte versioni di iOS (7, 8, 9, 10). Ho ripristinato il telefono, ripristinato le impostazioni di fabbrica, ripristinato da backup, ripristinato e aggiornato da iTunes, e persino ripristinato la modalità dfu senza alcun effetto. Anche senza app, i crash continuano. La mia soluzione attuale è di avere qualcosa in sottofondo a volume zero, e non si arresterà in modo anomalo anche quando il display è spento.
