Penso che questa funzione sia solo per la condivisione di dischi che si trovano nell'unità, non per condividere l'unità e le stesse capacità di masterizzazione. Il manuale dice:
If you have installed the DVD or CD Sharing Setup software, you can share DVD or CD discs in your computer’s optical drive with other computers on your Ethernet or wireless network. If another computer on your network doesn’t have an optical drive, you can set up your computer to allow the other computer to use the disc in your computer’s optical drive.
Invece di quello che stai facendo ora, prova salvando da iDVD come immagine del disco . Puoi quindi utilizzare Utility Disco sull'altro mac per masterizzare l'immagine del disco su un DVD-R.
