Quando Endnote X4 per Mac sarà compatibile con Word per Mac 2011?

Secondo il loro sito web :

EndNote X4 is not compatible with Word 2011. The compatibility of Word 2011 with EndNote X4 will be addressed in a free update. Please register your software to be informed when EndNote X4 is compatible with Word 2011.

Sulla loro bacheca, questo messaggio dice:

The schedule has changed since then so I cannot provide a firm ETA, other than we're now targeting the first quarter of 2011.

Dai commenti successivi in quel thread (e altri thread nel loro forum ), sembra esserci un lotto di clienti infelici.

Le altre opzioni sembrano essere:

• Usa X4 con MS Word 2008 (e per fortuna, puoi eseguire le app 2008 e 2011 contemporaneamente)
• Usa X4 con Pages '09
• Usa X3 con MS Word 2011
• Applica al beta test la versione di Word 2011 di X4
• Non utilizzare Endnote; usa invece Strumenti incorporati di Word 2011
