Tastiera e Touchpad temporaneamente disattivati, tutto il resto funziona

Questo ha iniziato ad accadere diverse volte oggi. Durando per circa 20 secondi, la tastiera e il touchpad del mio Macbook Pro smettono di rispondere agli input. Tutto il resto funziona bene e posso vedere i movimenti sul mio schermo. Sto gestendo l'ultimo Mountain Lion, e penso che questo possa avere qualcosa a che fare con questo:

Questo è successo al mio vecchio MacBook Pro alcuni anni fa. Il probabile colpevole non è il software (anche se potresti provare a usare una tastiera / un mouse esterni e tentare di riprodurlo) ma l'hardware. La connessione USB del top case è probabilmente in errore.

Ho finalmente risolto questo problema sul mio MacBook Pro da 13 "all'inizio del 2011. La causa era un guasto alla saldatura nel cavo a nastro Airport / WiFi.

Procedura di diagnosi:

  1. avvia il MacBook su una superficie solida e piana
  2. apri le applicazioni > Utilità > Console.app
  3. attendi che i messaggi della console si fermino
  4. prendi il MacBook come fai normalmente. In particolare, sperimenta la pressione al centro del fondo del MacBook. Qui è dove diversi cavi a nastro si collegano alla scheda logica.
  5. guarda la console; se inizi a vedere AppleUSBEHCI di messaggi di timeout, hai ottimizzato l'hardware in qualche modo per indurre il problema
  6. aprire il report di sistema; seleziona USB e verifica se mancano alcuni dispositivi. Nel mio caso, Bluetooth USB Host Controller è scomparso dopo aver prelevato il mio MacBook, quindi questo indicava il connettore USB / WiFi

Soluzione: una volta che hai il MacBook su una superficie stabile, puoi in genere ripristinare la funzione trackpad / tastiera inserendo qualcosa nella porta USB (chiavetta USB, mouse, ecc ...)

Correzione: sostituire il Bluetooth / Cavo a nastro WiFi (nel mio caso, potresti avere un cavo diverso).
